spadnutie klienta na FT
caute mam taky problem s FT dnes mi asi 4krat spadol klient aj ked som mal spojenie s netom...potom mi vypisovalo ze si stahuje nejaku databazu....ale co je najhorsie ked sa chcem opatovne prihlasit vypisuje mi ze uz som prihlaseny na inom pristroji...stalo sa to uz tu niekomu?dik...asi napisem staznost na suport...ja len ci to robi aj inym alebo ma chce niekto hacknut...

mne par krat spadol proste to zamrzlo dal som ukoncit proces, hned som to zapol znova prihlasil sa a frcal som dalej taky problem som nemal ze pisalo ze uz som prihlaseny na inom pristroji

Velmi lutujem ze som si nenahral tie veci co mi vyskakovali z toho klienta...najprv ze mam suhlasit s nahranim nejakej databazy potom ked to nahralo tak mi sam zhasol komplet klient a ked som ho chcel nakopnut tak prislo to ze vypisoval ze som prihlaseny na inom pristroji.... pisal som na suport aleaz na par viet neviem co vlastne po mne chcu...oni tvrdi ze ziadne napadnutie z inej strany to nebolo. tu je ich odpvoed...ak niekto take nieco riesil vopred dik za odpoved co vlastne pomne chcu.... To run a traceroute on a Windows computer, please follow these steps:
* Open the [Run] dialog box (either from the [Start] menu or by pressing [WinKey+R])
* Type "cmd" (without the quotes), then press [OK]. This will bring up a "command prompt" window with a cursor blinking next to the ">" symbol.
After loading the "command prompt" window, just follow these five steps to complete the traceroute:
* In the "command prompt" window type "tracert www.F****Tilt.com" (without the quotes).
* Press the [Enter] key. It may take a few minutes to generate the traceroute report.
* When you see "Trace Complete" in the bottom of the command prompt window, right-click inside of the window and choose "Select all".
* Press the [Enter] key to copy the "command prompt" window text to the clipboard.
* Reply to this email and press [Ctrl+V] to paste the "command prompt" window text into the body of your email.
Once we receive your traceroute report, we will be able to determine the best way to assist you.

1) What type of Internet connection do you have?

chcú, aby si toto spravil vtedy, keď ťa znova odpojí alebo ti to nepôjde zapnúť:
spusti commandline (win+R --> tam napíš cmd -- > Enter)
vybehne také retro okno, kde napíšeš tracert www.F****Tilt.com
chvílu počkaj, kým to dokončí a to čo tam vypíše buď skopíruj alebo sprav screenshot a pošli im to.

prezmenu sa chcem prihlásiť na PS tak mi vypisuje to isté čo na FT že už som prihlásený na inom počítači že nech sa najprv odhlásim...na FT odkedy som sa sťažoval sa mi to už nestalo...uvidim čo mi odpíšu z PS...myslíte že by som si mal zmeniť obe heslá?už vyše roka hrám len z jedného compu tak fakt nechápem.....

toto sa občas môže stať, keď sa PS zle vypne. myslím, že sa nemusíš nejak extra obávať. heslo môžeš zmeniť a ak sa dá, tak si zaobstaraj aj security token
