Hey Slow-Roller!

It's one of the more despicable acts in poker and we just saw it late on Day 2a of the Main Event. A player in early position raised at Mads Andersen's table and the action folded around to an older Slovakian man, who reraised in late position.

The original raiser shipped it all-in and the older gent appeared to mull things over. Dude even asked for a count of his adversary's stack. Then he finally made the call and watched his rival turn up a pocket pair of kings. Slowly, slowly, the old guy counted out a matching wager and then, even more slowly, flipped up a pocket pair of aces for the blatant slow roll.

The table was aghast and drew a buzz as spectators came from all around the room to call for a king. That king never came and the classless one screamed into the felt before trying to shake his opponent's hand. His opponent abjectly refused but made sure to shake hands with everyone else at the table, all of whom cursed the slow roller and extended their sympathies to the poor fella.

The slow-roller, for his part, tried his best to look as unaware as possible that he had just been outed as having absolutely no class.

Dakujem všetkým za podporu. Naozaj sa to dobre číta. Skončili sme včera okolo druhej ráno, už som sa nedostal na net. Zachlastali sme tak do piatej. Teraz ideme na obed, report bude-tak do šiestich hodín. Čo je to ten "slowroller"? Vsetci na mňa včera tak čudne pozerali. Kua, prečo nás učili v škole po rusky a nie po anglicky?
