mam dotaz na nekoho, kdo posledni dobou hraje u WH. Pred Vanoci mne prisel mail, ze herna meni SW a zadali me o preregistraci do noveho klienta. Klienta jsem stahnul a zjistil ze je to take SW od playtechu pripojeny k ipoker network, jen ma jiný skin a tak jsem se na to vykaslal. Nasledne mne ale nekdo volal ze supportu, kdy uz se preregistruji. Zalozil jsem tedy nový ucet a se spoustou problemu me prevedli bonusy a FPP ze stareho konta, ale do ted nebyli schopni prevest VIP level. Muj dotaz zni, jestli take chteli po nekom z vas uvedenou preregistraci do noveho SW ?

Lebo oni teraz poslednu dobu nemenili soft, my sme tam odohrali OPT5 este pred vianocami, co bolo 7 turnajov, predtym nejaku inu ligu, takze ten prechod z tej starej siete robili niekedy dost davno predtym. S tym VIP neviem ako ti pomoct, to jedine otravovat ich cez support alebo live chat...

To je prave divne. Ja mel normalni playtech klienta a urcite byl pripojeny do ipoker network. Crypto znam, to je uz historie. Moc jsem to nechapal. Je fakt, ze novy klient ktery, jsem z uvedeho odkazu stahnul ma trochu jiny skin a ikona se jmenuje W.H. poker u stareho clientu se ikona jmenovala W.H. poker club. Tak ted nevim, nemam odvahu tam uploadnout penize.

NJN uz to tak vypada. Tak asi tuhle hernu na chvilku odpustim a uvidime. Muzu jit na expekt :-) . Asi me uklidili mezi nejake lepsi hrace :-) Celkem se posledni dobou darilo, pak jsem provedl cashout a prisel tenhle e-mail :-)). Uvidime, treba se jeste nekdo ozve s podobnou zkusenosti.
